If product has manufacture defect or wrong item shipped, we will gladly reship correct product(s) an take total responsibility for shipping cost associated. If there is a issue with size, we will gladly exchange for correct size or apply a store credit. It is the customers responsibility to pay total shipping cost associated with returned product(s) due to size. Unfortunately NO refunds will be issued because customer doesn't like how products fit or feel.
Due to the nature of some of our products, for health safety precautions we DO NOT accept exchanges or returns on earrings, swim wear, exotic wear, corsets, costumes, or intimates merchandise. Please make sure that you select your size accordingly. If you are unsure of the size you need, please contact us by email prior to your purchase. All other items must be returned in original packaging with receipt and free from all odors (smoke, perfume, alcohol, or makeup) for exchange or store credit.
